Wow this place is so efficient! My car is about 5 years old, so it was time for a new battery. I called around to get estimates and also made sure to ask if shops had the proper scanner to fully reset the electrical system, since that’s required for my Ford Edge. I decided to come back here because of a previous experience a few months ago. I stopped in on a whim to see if they could fix something dragging under my car. They didn’t hesitate….they took a look and had it handled within 5 minutes. This time, I worked with the manager, Juan. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The battery replacement took about 30 minutes, and everything was handled smoothly. What really stood out to me was his honesty….when I asked about my old battery, he told me I could return it to where I purchased it and get some money back. He didn’t have to share that, but he did. Because of the service, transparency, and overall experience, I’ve decided this will be my go-to place moving forward. Highly recommend.

These guys do great work! I go there for oil changes mostly but did have to get my back brakes redone as well. Reasonable prices.
View on GoogleReplaced rotors & breaks; (and they didn’t last 3 months)! I had a tune up done and they didn’t change my spark plugs, or wires! They didn’t give me all the services required with tune up! It was very expensive, but work done was trash! Car started misfiring in 2 months badly, found out later by expert ASE certified technician that tune up services wasn’t properly administered! I will never take my car there again-never!

View on GoogleI was referred by a friend to go see Juan at Rios Auto Service for a much needed oil change. No appointment made. I just walked in and they had me outta there in 35 mins. Juan and his staff were very friendly. The waiting area is the cleanest I've ever been in at an auto shop. Most auto shops waiting areas are grimy and dirty. I also watched how they handled their other customers, and could tell everyone was leaving satisfied with their service. Go check them out for your auto needs. I'm sure you will have a positive experience.
