Such a great experience. Everything was fully covered by my insurance, per their research (I was worried things would cost an arm and a leg). I brought my car on a Friday so they gave me a beautiful loaner, for no cost, for several days as the work was done. My car was beautifully washed when I got it. Such great staff. I had an excellent experience. On a previous visit, also covered by insurance, they had a driver take me/pick me up anywhere within 5 miles so I would not have to wait 3 hours! Muller is the most convenient car service I have ever used! I'm very thankful for the excellent work done , the research to save me money, on my car and for all the vip feeling attention!

Muller VW is my go-to service place. I've been their customer for years because I know next to nothing about cars. Sometimes I think Luke and Ramez must be wondering what I'm doing back there again since I'm such a regular. They always take the time to explain everything and never make me feel bad for asking questions. Great service and people you can trust.

Easy honest perfect sale. I love my Golf R and was impressed by the professionalism of this dealership. Make sure if you're doing an internet deal to start by contacting Joseph Lee, their internet sales manager. There was no pressure at all. And the service bays were well organized and very clean. The cleanliness of the dealer demonstrates their attention to detail. Highly recommended for no pressure deal. Finance manager, Andy, explained the contract options well, and I was quite pleased with the finance process.

They always have time for me and can get me in on time. Their waiting room and complementary beverages are very nice. Muller always can arrange a ride for me back and fourth from their service garage if I don’t want to wait. Hard to beat those services.

Excellent service! Knowledgeable and friendly mechanics, reasonable prices, had me in and out. I've been to 3 other volkswagen dealerships in my surrounding area, with one being in Evaston, where I reside, and will never return! and Muller was by far THE BEST!
