BEST PLACE EVER! JR IS THE BEST! I had an amazing experience with this body shop from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. My car came back looking brand new — you honestly can’t even tell there was ever any damage. The attention to detail and quality of work was incredible. What really stood out was their customer service. They made the whole process stress-free, answered all my questions, and finished everything faster than expected. It’s hard to find a shop that’s both trustworthy and highly skilled, but this place absolutely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work or repairs. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need anything in the future!

I definitely recommend Ultimate Paint Shop II for auto body repairs, particularly for State Farm customers with a Tesla. They are a State Farm preferred vendor certified for Teslas. It was really easy to make a claim with State Farm, select Ultimate Paint Shop, and move ahead with the repair. They were a step ahead on every part of the process - scheduling an appointment for an estimate, submitting the estimate to State Farm and getting the repair approved. Also they kept me informed about everything along the way and the work was performed flawlessly.
