Subaru Service - Muller Subaru Service Department

This service department rates a 10+. Our assigned service assistant, Grace, goes above & beyond helping us. She listens to our issues & gets them resolved quickly. No problem is too big or small & she treats us with respect as a valued customer. There is no other dealership for us thanks to Grace & this service department.

I purchased my Subaru Imprezza 4 years ago. I live very far from Muller. So I decided to go to a different dealer for service. BIG BIG Mistake! They never even fixed it properly. I took my car to Muller. What a wonderful experience. In fact they had to order parts so they gave me a loaner. My car was all fixed within two days. I would recommend this dealer to my family and friends. Very professional and kind. They explained everything. My service person was Nick. He is the best ever!

Mario is the best. I had a screw in my tire. He was able to take me right away. Saw the issue and handled immediately. Very much appreciate his great team and service.

My husband and I live out of state. On our way home my Subaru conveniently died just less than a mile away from this service center. We had to pay a tow to drop it off. On the service envelope I clearly stated what my worries were (Alternator, Received several Safety Recalls in the mail that is connected to my VIN and would like them to access them.) First, they called me because they couldn’t find my Subaru even though it had custom plates and accessories that made it stand out in their small parking lot. That was…weird. Secondly, They didn’t check anything that I asked, and even on the phone the service help interrupted me as well as my husband on separate calls preventing us from even explaining or sharing what we would like to address for our service. It made us feel like they were rushing the job to get us out of there. They claimed that it was only a dead battery issue and charged us $440 for the whole service and didn’t check anything else that I requested. They instead tried selling us a fluid flush and replacement for $1400 more dollars. Our vehicle didn’t even last a day until it broke down the same exact way on my way to work. When I called back, the service help said something on the lines of “sounds like an alternator issue.” OH? You don’t say?? They requested we bring it back in to get it looked at, and I said I’m not paying for a 3rd tow across state lines to be ignored again—I no longer trusted the service help. We towed my vehicle to a shop we usually get serviced at and they immediately clocked it as the alternator. It seemed like this place just wanted us to pay for a temporary bandaid to try and get us back here. My husband had to contact the manager letting them know our frustrations stated above, and they at least reimbursed us $200 (the cost of our first tow), which is why I didn’t give this review 1 star. However, I still feel like customers need a heads up on what they’re getting themselves into.

Had a great experience at Muller Subaru. Mario was friendly and helpful in recommending required service items. The loaner was very helpful for the few hours they worked on the car. I would happily bring my car back for service to Muller Subaru.
