However, two new charges negatively impacted the experience. The recent implementation of a 3% fee for credit card transactions feels unexpected and excessive, effectively passing their business costs onto the customer. Furthermore, the addition of a "shop supplies" charge is controversial and lacks transparency.

However: was provided a loaner that wasn’t cleaned (dirt in the back seat and car wasn’t washed) and had a recurring notice on my Porsche app that appeared after I brought my vehicle for service. Believe the notification was in error and just needs a reset since I just serviced the car, but it’s been 2 weeks since I contacted the dealership and I still have the “need to replace filter” notification on my app.
