Honda Service - Muller Honda Service Department

So, I live in Chicago but have been coming to Muller Honda in Highland Park for years. My most recent Honda purchase was leasing a 2024 HRV. It has been sub zero temps this weekend and my car battery died on a Saturday morning after a class I was taking with my dog. We came out after class. Got into the car. Car would not start. Long story short, I called Honda Road Side Service since that comes with my vehicle. I’ll spare you the details since this is about Muller Honda Service Department and I don’t want to take away from how wonderful they are. Roadside Service was for lack of a better phrase - disgraceful. Two hours later I decided to call Muller in Highland Park even though I was all the way in Bucktown. Dennis , from service , picked up and immediately made me priority. When I first called he made me a last minute appointment and said to have Roadside bring me straight to him and he will make sure my car is taken care of today. When I called him hours later and told him I’m still stuck and how Roadside was mistreating me , he had me call their trusted tow company who came immediately. I got to Muller - Dennis and his team took me in immediately and sure enough my battery is done. They were out of stock on new batteries (Chicago Winter ). He had someone drive all the way to Gurnee on a Saturday afternoon , single digit temperature, and they will take care of it today. All this time Dennis telling me - well we just want to have you taken care of - like it’s something everyone just does naturally. I wish that was true but what is more true is that Dennis and Muller Highland Park goes above and beyond. Thank you thank you thank you.

Robert at the body shop is consistently the best. John and Tony are excellent as well. I needed to have my front blinkers corrected and Robert treated it like art. I’m completely satisfied again. Thank you very much to you Robert and your team.

First time having the pleasure of experiencing the Muller Honda Service Department (or the dealer for that matter). My Accord needed a transmission fluid change, so I called around and decided to try Muller due to their wonderful reviews and the fair price I was quoted. They exceeded my expectations! Turns out I also had a fuel pump recall, so they were able to knock out both of these in record time. While I was waiting, I had the pleasure of enjoying the complimentary snacks and drinks. The chocolate latte was fantastic and the snack mix was perfect. Cassandra While was wonderful to work with and applied an online coupon to my repair. I was pleasantly surprised that my out-the-door price was less than I was expecting and they returned my car nice and clean after running it through a complimentary car wash! Muller Honda sets the bar for service excellence. It was a much different experience than I had at another local Honda dealer. I loved how the waiting area was set up: a nice, quiet business center with comfortable chairs and desks, a fun kids area with toys, a nice café-style area with high tables, and finally a comfortable lounge area with chairs and a few side tables. I don't usually write this long of reviews, but I figured I'd elaborate on how what I expected to be a mundane "service appointment” turned this guy into a raving fan! Well done, Cassandra, service team, and management!

Super helpful. Diagnosed a problem quickly. Got parts in. Made a mistake and brought my car in a week early from an online appointment didn’t bother them a bit. They accommodated got my car back to me in less than two days. Highly recommend Cassandra is great

Modesto who checked me in was courteous and a good listener. He responded to my questions knowledgeably, inspiring my confidence in him and he conveyed the sense that he was personally committed to my complete satisfaction. He did not hesitate to reset up my phone link to the car which I appreciated as a technologically-challenged senior citizen. In short, Modesto gave me full confine that my car was in good hands for service. Finally, the car wash was exceptional. Someone went above and beyond to remove a sticker from my back window that I had unsuccessfully tried to remove. It looked terrible. I am grateful to whomever took the time to scrape the sticker off. All around, service was excellent from start to finish.
