Naturally, I was concerned—but Ray immediately stepped in and handled everything the right way. He was honest, upfront, and stood behind the car without hesitation. He first replaced the upstream O2 sensor at no cost to me, and when the issue turned out to be the catalytic converter, he went ahead and replaced that as well—again honoring his word and taking care of it completely. After the repair, I drove the car through multiple drive cycles (over 100+ miles), and everything has been perfect since—no check engine light, no codes, and the car runs great. What really stood out to me was his integrity. He didn’t try to cut corners or avoid responsibility. He took the time to diagnose the issue properly and made sure the car was truly fixed. Ray is amazing. He is very honest and nice. The way he talks to you is very informative. He knows the details of every car, and he takes pride in his work to make the car perfect. The inventory here is extremely affordable. I look forward to doing more business with Ray. It’s hard to find honest salesmen nowadays, but Ray is a mechanic and a person before he is a car salesman. Ray also is a great communicator. He sent me videos and pictures when I asked for them until I was able to make the 1.5hr drive to him a few days later.
