If I could give a negative star rating I would. Various family members have been going to Ray for over a decade, but the quality of service has recently taken a turn. I got an oil change from Ray on Jan.19th, and not even a month later, my engine almost locked up. I got the car towed to him so he could fix the issue. Turns out he never tightened the oil cap. In return, all I got was a smug smile and him saying it was an accident. Fast forward to March 22nd, I received a message on the dashboard that the engine oil pressure was low. Once again, there was oil leaking from my car, and everything went to the bottom of the oil pan. Took it to my brother and was told the oil gasket wasn't on there, and a new one is required after every oil change, which is why the new leak happened. If you can't do a simple oil change, you might need to reconsider being a mechanic. Also, he's rude as hell when you call in to tell him what you need serviced.

I've been a loyal customer for 13 years and Riteway has serviced my car honestly and skillfully throughout! My family's vehicles as well. I trust Ray Bailey and his crew to be thorough and true. Case closed!

Highly recommended! I was losing oil. Called told me to bring it in. I thinking the worse. Anyway come to find out it was the oil filter. Got me out quick! On the 1-10 scale start at ten with RITEWAY! RAY AND THE REST OF GENTLEMEN THANK YOU! 2015 HONDA ACCORD. Will be back!

Great mechanics and staff. In and out on the oil change. They even have old-school Butter Cookies

I have been a loyal customer of Riteway Auto Service for years now. The thing I love the most about Ray is that...he has always fixed my cars without me ever having a complaint. His prices are reasonable and he and his staff are always very respectful. I have never been over-charged ..which alot of mechanics over charge women. Right? Wrong. Not Ray. I would never have any other mechanic work on my cars. Thank you Ray! For the many years and cars that you have serviced for me and my family. God bless you and yours.
