Genuinely nice guy. I was out of town and in a pickle. Although my issue he couldnt fix, given the short emergency frame i needed it done, he really did his best to try and help me out. He found the issue which saved me time and money at the shop that was able to squeeze me in. My brother is also a mechanic and the way he talks about his profession reminds me of him. Just someone who has been in the business for a long time and knows a lot. Also, the shop cat is super cute.
