Went to United Mex Tire Shop, to give them some play instead of going to a retail chain, and they charged me $60 for a bogus tire, they gave me a tire that had a nail still in it. I asked them to give me a different tire when I showed them a nail. They took the tire back for 10 minutes and brought me the same exact tire back.!! I then told them if you don't have the tire, then just give me a refund. They took the tire and then brought me back a different tire and showed me the previous one to ensure me it was different. In my haste, I did not check the tire as i should've. because I was trying to make it to the mechanic. I will never go back there again and I forewarn anyone who does go there, DON'T.! But if you do check thoroughly.

Be CAREFUL if you go here the 1st time that happen it was on my mini van I was with my kid. Got a tire change and they left the tire nuts loose. I thought ok mistakes happened. My husband just left i have proof. He had to call a friend for back up because his tires all 3 were loose. Luckily he didn't get on the xpress way it was an accident to happen. United Mex Tire shop you guys gotta do better.

I am extremely disappointed with United Mex! I have been dealing with them for years and they pulled shady behavior with my daughter Saturday January 24, 2026 around 5pm. Her tire was losing air so she took it Firestone and they put air in the tire but it continued to seep out. So I told her to go to United Mex they took her run flat tire and sold her a no name tire for $140.00 and told her the tire was bad. In real time the rim was cracked and you can see the crack. So he had to see the crack when he put the tire on. That move threw away years and years of trust. That was my go to place for tires. But of course I will sound sexist. My young 20 something daughter was treated like a goofy when she was in distress. I will never ever go to United Mex Tire Shop again or recommend them. I am so hurt and disappointed because I had my daughter driving past other shops in the area because I trusted United Mex with my daughter's car . So I want that $140.00 and my $250.00 run flat tire to bless you richly. Because the Bible states in Proverbs 28:20 A faithful person will be richly blessed, but one eager to get rich will not go unpunished.

This has been my go to place for the. past couple years but after my last visit I will never go back. The owner seems pretty easy to talk to but his workers are full of it and don’t represent him the way they should. I hate that I even spent any time or money into this place but like I said it was my go to. I would definitely look elsewhere and get a second opinion before spending any amount over $50 here. Not worth it.

I went to these guys to get a crack in my rim fixed,come to find out that the rim was bent as well, I was quoted a very fair price, to fix the crack and the bend in the rim, and it didn't take long....I can't speak for anyone else, but, to me these guys are great, if and whenever I have a tire issue, these are my people....
