My experience with both Sunbit and B&G Auto Center has been extremely frustrating. I brought my vehicle to B&G Auto Center because it was experiencing serious issues, including a check engine light and performance problems. I was advised to approve repairs and use Sunbit financing to cover the costs. Trusting both companies, I moved forward and ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket while financing the rest. Months later, my check engine light is still on, the original problems have not been fully resolved, and I am still responsible for making payments. What makes this situation worse is that Sunbit continues collecting payments on repairs that did not successfully fix my vehicle. While Sunbit may claim they are only the financing company, they partner with repair shops and profit from transactions like this. Consumers should not be left paying high-interest loans for repairs that fail to solve the problems they were intended to fix. The financing terms were also concerning. A nearly 36% APR means customers can end up paying significantly more than the actual repair cost. When the repairs don’t work as expected, that financial burden becomes even harder to justify. My concerns: * Vehicle issues remain unresolved. * Check engine light is still on. * Hundreds of dollars paid. * High-interest financing. * Ongoing dispute process with little resolution. * Stuck making payments while the vehicle still has problems. I expected a repair solution and fair financing. Instead, I ended up with debt, frustration, and a vehicle that still needs attention. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend either B&G Auto Center or Sunbit. ⭐ 1 out of 5 stars. Do your research and get a second opinion before signing anything.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and the prices were more than fair. They also offer financing. It’s hard to find a place that’s honest, affordable and treats you with care. B&G Auto checked all the boxes. I’ll be coming back and recommending them to others! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
View on GoogleMy experience with B&G auto repair was the WORST that I’ve ever experienced! I was new to the area and not familiar with any of the mechanics or auto repairs in the area. Found B&G which was not far from my home and was a black owned business so I thought I would support this business. My car was towed to the shop and “repaired”. The damage I incurred was all on the passenger side of my vehicle. When I picked up my car, the passenger doors would not close fully and the front bumper was not put on correctly. I took the car back and I was told I need to pay more because of a previous accident my bumper need to be pulled out and this would cost more. I was in disbelief that you would return a car to me when they knew the doors were not put on correctly. Not even a year later my bumper needed to be taped and paint is peeling. I would never refer this business to anyone.
