Back in fall of 2025, I got my front and back brakes serviced a month apart. They failed to inform me that I needed to include rotors and went ahead to take my money to put on pads only. Fast forward to spring 2026, I take my car back to them to take a look at my rear brakes because they started squeaking loudly. Victor then tells me I need new pads for the back and pads and rotors for the front (I didn’t even ask him to look at the front). I take my car to the dealer for an oil change and the service includes a complimentary multipoint inspection. My brakes cleared for still being good brakes. If anything, the service department at the dealer would know better. I didn’t feel like my concern was answered because telling me I need new brakes when they aren’t even a year old is hard to believe. While service my car at the time, how was it missed that I needed new rotors and yet you still proceeded to put the pads on. It would’ve been appreciated for them to tell me these disclaimers.
