I highly recommend! Great people, pricing and great service! They did great work on my transmission, and clearing codes. had to have an emergency stop while traveling, and I definitely found the right place! Thank you guys so much!
View on GoogleI took my Chevy to the dealership in Lansing IL because the transmission was running hot, and after keeping it for over a month, they told me I needed a whole new transmission — which caused me to lose my warranty. I then brought my car to John’s Arrow Transmission and within no time, he found the real issue: a cramped wire that was blocking coolant flow to the transmission. His honesty, skill, and experience saved me thousands. This is a true professional establishment and they really know their work. I highly recommend him — five stars all the way!
View on GoogleEric was very knowledgeable and very honest about the cost of rebuilding my transmission including parts and labor. I had no problems My vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion. I was able to attend my 50th year high school reunion. He didn't guarantee that my vehicle would be ready but he made it possible thanks Eric much appreciated. August 31st 2025 as of today January 17 2026 haven't had any issues whatsoever!! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs transmission repair.
View on GoogleTook my truck in for a diagnostic was told could not find anything wrong that was Friday 7/26 on 7/ 28 the check engine light came on. check under the hood notice my coolant reservoir cap was missing called the shop was told they never opened the hood. I feel this is unacceptable.service. pay for a diagnostic with no results 2017 BMW x5
View on GoogleJohn is an angel from the sky, I will never forget him for being an honest mechanic. Easily he could have told me my trans had major issues due to not shifting out of first gear. He went step by step and figure out it the solenoid needed adjustment. I will definitely come back, thank you John and crew :)
