The team at Kang's Auto was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to take care of my vehicles. Their quality of work and customer service has definitely earned my business moving forward. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Glenview area looking for reliable auto service.
View on GoogleI thought this place was good but with my recent experience I am concerned for the people who would go here. I got into an accident and they fixed my car and the next day I picked up my car from Kang’s Auto and took my car to my dealer shop because there was a recall on my rearview camera. While they were taking care of the recall they did a simple inspection as well and was shocked what they saw. They called me immediately saying that it is extremely dangerous to drive my car. They told me that whoever repaired my car did not fix it because the pin and rack of the car was completely off causing the car to be completely misaligned. They said I should not drive this at all so I had to leave my car at the dealer shop to get fixed. I called Kang’s Auto the next day and informed them of this and they accused me that it is not their fault and they said “probably a thief went under your car and was trying to steal your car parts”. I was in utter shock. My dealer shop told me that they can clearly see that the accident is what caused the Pin and Rack shift and be damaged. They also showed me and when I took a look I could even tell that something was very wrong. My insurance advisor also came out to see this and he also agreed that this is from the accident which was covered by the insurance. Although I went here before, after this experience I will advise people to be careful because they will not fix cars completely and also not take any responsibility for their actions. This is not honest work.

View on GoogleThe most reliable auto shop ever! Visited this place from other state and my experience was incredible. My BMW dealer shop and other service center never found the issue on the bottom of the vehicle, but they found it. Reasonable price, fixed my car done promptly, and friendly service. View on GoogleSo practical, honest, efficient and friendly. I brought my vehicle for an estimate to a few places in the area and they were overall the best. I live in Chicago but I come out to Kang's. Over the years I've replaced from different cars from brakes to engines. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
