I had a great experience. It was my first time going to the Bredemann Ford Services and Parts. I bought my car from the same location about 6 months ago and they did a great job as well. In conclusion, I’d say Bredemann Glenview is my favorite Ford location in Illinois.

I can absolutely see why they deserve 5 stars from everyone! I had an appointment today and the service provided by Dave and the rest of the team was excellent. Not only that. Surprisingly, the price for the service was way beyond my expectations. I assumed it was going to be much more expensive than local mechanics. It was actually not. As a result, they will now have a regular customer 😁! Thank you so much, guys!

We dealt with Dan. He was unbelievable from the time we talked to him on the phone until we left. We were out of town and in a bind and it was late on a Friday. Dan helped us through it all. We had a small problem that caused our car to be completely undriveable. The tech that handled the service was extremely quick and got our car back to us in no time. Then Dan talked to us in the lounge until we got our car back. I have never had service that good. We are forever grateful for Dan and the tech that helped us. We thank you so much for your hospitality and helpfulness.

I’ve needed some random service on my car this year but I live in the city and wanted to find a reliable Ford dealer in the suburbs - and Bredemann is the one! Service advisor Gus has been consistently great at communicating updates, transparent costs, and even small talk while waiting for the service to finish! I've been lucky to get in on super short notice and they always have loaners available. Thank you Gus and team for awesome service!
