Joe does a great job. The most honest mechanic I’ve ever gone to. Very up front about what needs to be done and what can wait or is not needed for a while. Have been using him a few years now for both our cars and always a good experience.

They saved me money after another shop wanted to charge lot of money for work that didn’t need to be done. I wish I would’ve found them sooner. They’re definitely a 5-star business!
View on GoogleI love bringing my car to J.E.R.S. In the three-ish years, I've been using their service, I'm never worried they're trying to upsell or scam me. If there are issues, Joe always provides a suggested timeline and recommendations for cost-effective ways to solve the issue, when possible. He's direct and realistic about budgets, and has even included alternatives that would direct my business away from him, if that's better for my finances. A few visits back we discussed my car batteries age, and during this visit I decided it was time to replace it. Joe quoted a price, and later when he realized the computer had provided the wrong information, he honored the quote despite it being below the actual battery price. I really appreciated his willingness to do this despite the cause being a database error. For this reason I plan to continue bringing my car back and will recommend J.E.R.S. to anyone looking for a mechanic.
