Absolutely terrible experience with this shop. I dropped my car off on January 26th and was originally told it would be ready by February 13th. When that date came, they pushed it to February 20th. Then it became February 27th. Now it’s already March and I still don’t have my car.writing this review on march 10th for some extra information Every time I call or check in, I get a completely different answer and another excuse. At this point it honestly feels like they have no respect for their customers’ time and no intention of being honest about when the work will actually be finished. Being without my car for this long because of constant delays and broken promises is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. If there were real delays, they should have just been upfront about it instead of repeatedly giving dates they clearly couldn’t meet. The cherry on top was yesterday morning when he told me I would get the car, but once again he failed to communicate with me and made me contact him first. When I finally reached him, he told me they had broken a bracket on my bumper. On top of that, they have no intention of fixing it themselves unless insurance or I pay for it, which makes no sense to me because they were the ones who broke it. They also failed to notice this issue during their first inspection before sending their quote to the insurance. I will never recommend bringing your car here unless you’re okay with being given multiple completion dates that keep getting pushed back as well as just being straight up lied to. This has easily been the most frustrating, worse , and unprofessional service experiences I’ve dealt with.

Would not even give them 1 star! Joe ( GM) and Tony are crooks! As of today im still waiting on a return call from Tony/Joe since Thursday and today is Monday. They had my truck for 1 month and only fixed 2 doors both drivers side doors not to mention they were used doors not new. The problem is that they only worked it out to fix the exterior of my truck knowing tge impact of the accident there would be mechanical issues. However when I picked it up a month later. I drove it and immediately it was making a humming sound. Reported it right away and brought it back in so they look at the truck and both Joe/Tony acting like they never heard the noise from the start. If and when they moved my truck throughout the month stay they knew they heard it. That noise was definitely not there prior to the accident. I was told they don't do diagnostic there that I would have to take my truck elsewhere. This is ridiculous at this point. Do NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL! TWO DOORS COST 5000. I guess they only worry about the cosmetic of the truck not mechanical. Will be reporting to the Consumers and BBB....

Very professional from reception to finished repair. My car, 2014 MB E350 Sport 4Matic, was rear ended. It had never been in an accident and always garaged kept. It has only 82,00 miles. The Crash Champions facility is very much like all the MB dealerships I have used in years past. Super clean. They were able to get a Genuine MB bumper from the other drivers ins co Progressive Ins. My car’s paint is Polar White and they color matched it very well. They used a MB dealership to reset all sensors for the PreSafe features that were effected. No issues since they returned the vehicle to me. They communicated with me throughout the process. They encouraged me to reach out to them whenever I had any concerns. They worked seamlessly with a local Enterprise Car Rental agency which was big help as well. Lastly I found them via the MB website for recommended auto body shops near me and though there were other autobody shops nearer me, including other Crash Champions, I went with the one recommended and certified by the manufacturer, Mercedes Benz. Today I’m elated I did.

Want to give a shout out to Joe the GM at this location. They did a great job with both the quality and timing on my BMW X7 repairs, I can say now about 2 months since everything is excellent. But more recently, Joe took the time to fix an issue with a tire that was not covered by any warranty. He did this at no cost and despite not having any obligation. But he did it in a quick 10 min visit and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. That’s excellent, above and beyond customer care and I greatly appreciate it. Thanks Joe.

Joe and his team provided an incomparable level of service, from start to finish. Vehicle drop off was quick and painless, communication throughout the repair process was frequent and thorough, and the quality of the repairs and cleanliness of my vehicle at completion was more than exceptional.
