Went in for a basic oil change and fluid top-up, but there was a small mix-up with the appointment list so I waited longer than expected. Once they started, everything went smoothly and they double-checked oil level before finishing. I appreciated that they apologized without making excuses. They also inspected filters and showed me the air filter condition instead of just replacing it unnecessarily. Price stayed exactly as quoted which is always reassuring.
