Branden H., a Technical Support Representative in the Glen Ellyn repair shop, was a pleasure to deal with. He understood my motor issue and my desire to obtain a part ASAP so I could attempt to get it working… before having to go the more expensive, time consuming route of bringing it in for service. He located the part and shipped it to their closest branch for me to pick up, all while keeping me continually updated about his progress and activity. Because of his outstanding service we were able to get my customer back in business for a very reasonable cost and a tremendous time savings. Thanks Branden, and Sarah, also a Technical Support Representative, who took my initial call.

We have taken a number of motors to Dreisilker for our clients. Some date from the 1940s and 1950s and Dreisilker has machined parts that are no longer commercially available. They do excellent work and maintain communication about the status of a repair all the way thru the process. Great people that do really great work!
