The quality of the repair work itself was decent, and the truck looked good when I picked it up. However, my concern is with the billing. I was charged for a replacement part (hood), but after paying the invoice and picking up the truck, I later learned that the part had been repaired rather than replaced. I would have had no issue paying for a repair if that had been communicated upfront. The problem is being billed for a replacement part that was apparently not replaced. I contacted the owner Jakub to discuss the issue and seek clarification. Instead of addressing my concern, I was told, "If you don't like it, don't call me anymore." I found this response unprofessional and disappointing. Based on my experience, I recommend carefully reviewing the work performed by Wrench Service and comparing it to the parts and labor listed on your invoice.
