View on GoogleVery strict and poorly explained rules. I came on Thursday at 3:30pm and spoke with Mark. I told him I had a steering issue. He looked at my car through the glass door and immediately said it was from my accident. I told him the accident was three years ago and the steering problems only started recently. My accident is more so cosmetic, with the bumper and radiator being affected (I replaced the radiator in 2023) He seemed surprised and just told me, ‘Bring the car tomorrow,’ so I agreed. I came back the next day (Friday) at 2:40pm — well before closing — and was still sent away. The shop closes at 5pm, but I was told the mechanics leave at 4pm on Fridays. None of this was explained the day before. I only needed a quick estimate or diagnostic, and the person at the desk didn’t communicate clearly or try to help. I was even going to try to work something else out to pay for the diagnostic. Overall, it felt dismissive, unprofessional, and a waste of my time. Poor communication on their part. It is what it is.

View on GoogleI take my whole fleet here from regular sedans to party and shuttle buses when it comes to their knowledge it is amazing they can do anything and everything, and their body shop is amazing, I have used at least 10 body shops around the area for our fleet and hands down they do the best job it looks like New like the first day out of the dealership. Can't recommend them enough, you wont be disappointed and their pricing is more than fair.

What should have taken other body shops weeks they were able to do in 1 week. These guys are the best around and I absolutely recommend checking them out for any auto body repairs. Best work, service, attention to detail, and pricing around.
