I paid for a brand-new muffler, but the next day I discovered significant rust on the hangers. When I called to confirm the part was actually new, the owner, Jamie--who had personally provided my estimate and discussed the repair plan--claimed he had no memory or record of my vehicle. Furthermore, the shop refused to even look at the photos I offered as evidence. I have been a loyal customer for my last three repairs due to their competitive pricing, but after this lack of accountability, I will not be returning.
