How do I get started with this review. Absolutely everyone there is great. First went in for an alignment back around November since I had bad tire wear and no other shop wanted to deal with alignment on my 2024 Tiguan since it had aftermarket suspension and they said absolutely no problem. I had a wild idea of modifying my exhaust and cutting through my crash bar since I wanted to fabricate a custom exhaust and Miguel said absolutely! Let's do it! Happy how right away they came up with an idea as to how I wanted it done. I'm the type of person that I don't like others touching my car but I felt confident with the guys there. Pricing is super good and left happy. Now I have others asking me about this shop. I'll come to them for any doubts or for basic maintenance. Gracias a todos los chavos igual! 🙏🏽

Got a wheel alignment from these guys all was ok.. Until I drove the truck on the expressway to see if the steering was straight.. And I noticed the truck drifting to the right.. So I calld and spoke with manger he told me bring it back.. And after they inspected the front suspension again that’s when they notice the gear box had a lil play.. Last time I checked your suppose to make sure all parts are ok before you do so. Well they didnt I got an estimate of over 1000$ including another wheel alignment that I had already paid for previously… Watch out for people like this…

GTO automotive is great! They are knowledgeable and have great expertise with all makes and models. When I got my vehicle serviced they point out other issues I didn’t even know I had. In addition they tell you the severity of the issues and when you should come back to get it fixed if you do not have the funds. I highly recommend GTO if you go ask for Chris and or Miguel.
