I took my car here for a small coolant leak that I barely noticed. They charged me $850 and said it was fixed. The next morning, there was a huge oil leak, like a full bottle of fluid spilled under my car. When I went back, they told me, “It’s probably just water.” I took it back again a few days later, and then it became, “Maybe it’s from another car.” The next time, they said, “Put a piece of cardboard under it.” I park in the exact same private spot every day where no one else parks — there’s no way it was from another car. They just kept making excuses every single time. I even showed them pictures and proof of the leak, and they still brushed me off. I ended up driving there at least five times, wasting gas, time, and money, only for them to finally say, “Your car is old, it’s leaking from somewhere else now.” Then they tried to charge me $2,500 more for an engine replacement. My oil level dropped from around 70% to 60% in one day, and kept falling 5–10% daily — they said that was “normal.” Basically, I paid $850 for nothing. They might have replaced one pipe, but they broke something else and made the leak much worse. I later had to take my car to another shop and pay over $800 just to fix the leak this place caused. I was patient and respectful, but they clearly took advantage of me for being a woman. Avoid this place at all costs — they’ll overcharge you, make excuses, and ruin your car.
