I was a regular customer of this business Until I found out!!! If you have a relatively new European Automobile the Oil filter IS NOT under the Vehicles Engine. So, for the filter to be changed the oil man needs to open the ENGINE COVER(AFTER OPENING THE HOOD) and then change the Filter, in some cases the filter is just located in the engine area NOT UNDER THE Vehicle. I have a news for you go check your Oil FILTER, as it is my case for past 6 years with the cars that I own, this business never changed the OIL FILTER on my cars. THE REASON, 1) IT IS MORE WORK TO OPEN THE ENGINE COVER, OR GO TO ENGINE AREA TO CHANGE FILTER. 2) OIL FILTER FOR EUROPIAN CARS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER CARS, SO BUSINESS DOES NOT WANT TO JACK UP THE PRICE TO $100, FOR OIL CHNAGE. ESIEST JUST CHANGE THE OIL AND NOT THE FILTER. Join me to discus this dishonesty of a business, may be we all need to take action against those who smile but rip you off.
