Great service and good quality tires and very low prices. I shopped around and couldn’t get same quality for such a low price. I had a great experience especially because I didn’t have an appointment and they took care of my worn out tires. My vehicle also needed alignment and they also did an awesome job on it. Highly recommend

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was lacking—no one greeted me, and I had to wait around just to get basic assistance. When I finally spoke to someone, they seemed uninterested and rushed through everything without clearly explaining my options or pricing. The work itself wasn’t much better. What was supposed to be a quick tire replacement took much longer than expected, and there was no communication about the delay. On top of that, I noticed issues afterward that made me question the quality of the job. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disorganized. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable service or good customer care.
View on GoogleFinding a massive screw in your tire is never fun, but even less so when it’s almost 7:30pm - and you don’t have a spare. I assumed no one would be open to help me with my situation, but I thankfully stumbled on Oakton Tires. They took us right away, patched the tire, and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. The guys were really friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt like we’re in good hands from start to finish. Highly recommend!
