Customer service beyond what is expected at any shop. They met me in the parking for an appointment, knew my name, and found the leak in my tire within minutes. Managed to fix the tire in under five minutes and were nothing but the utmost professionals while doing so. Hats off to the two gentleman that helped me today. I'm sorry I didn't catch their names. Either way, would HIGHLY recommend this specific shop for any issues you may be experiencing with your vehicle. I am impressed and will, without doubt, return here in the future. Would condone all employees at this location being awarded with anything to come, as they have upheld the professional standards that other shops in the area should, as well. Very well done.

Great service all around. I got a flat tire and the local spot I go to for my car services was unfortunately closed on Sunday. I'd like to first state that even before I walked inside, I already made the assumption that this company is too corporate and that they would upsell me on everything. I was wrong. The gentleman in the front desk was very polite, courteous, and professional. I let them know about my flat tire and they quickly got to work. The service was fast, the coffee was good and the prices were very fair. I will do my best not to make assumptions anymore. Thank you for everything!

I tried to purchase a spare tire from Cassidy and they told me it would take an undetermined amount of time and wouldn't even give me a date of delivery. They wanted me to buy a tire from their stock instead of a matching tire for my vehicle. I walked away. Called Pep Boys in Elgin. Had the tire delivered within a day and took fantastic care of me. I am now an a Pep Boys customer. Thanks to Luis for taking such good care of my purchase.
