This was my first time coming here as I usually would’ve gone to a shop somewhere else. But let me tell you, this has now easily become my favorite and go to spot for whenever I need something for my car, this time being the muffler. When I walked through the door I was greeted very kindly and promptly and the place seemed very professional. Right away I could tell that I’d be in good hands just from the professionalism that everyone here exuded. They treated my car with outmost care and were transparent about everything. As soon as my car got into the bay they started to look it over and then showed me what could be done and gave me several options so that I could choose one that was right for me, my budget, and to my liking for the car. When they started the work on my car I didn’t have to wait much which made it even more of a pleasant experience. As soon as the work was done they showed me everything they did, the welds, the parts, etc.. EVERYTHING was done with care, quality and longevity in mind!!! Thus ultimately my car sounded way better, it was a night and day difference. I was incredibly impressed on what they were able to do! Thank you for the wonderful experience and work! I’ll definitely be coming here again and would recommend this shop to ANYONE wanting quality work. 31st mufflers is worth it:).

I've had my Toyota highlander for over a decade and the exhaust was literally falling apart, I'm talking rust, pipes handing from wires so they don't fall, and broken flanges/pipes/cat etc all over! Going in I wasn't sure if they'd be able to work on my car since the exhaust system was BAD.. despite all this they were able to quote me a very fair price and they explained evrything what was needed and was to be done. So I agreed and to my surprise they were able to perform a miracle. my car now drives like new and it doesn't sound like a rocket about to take off! I'd highly recommend this place to anyoen wanting to get honest and quality work done. Thank you for the amazing job!!!

View on GoogleThis is the kind of ship you hope to find. Needed a muffler and some welding, showed up unannounced and the car was on the lift in 5 mins. They found another quick issue (brake line) and fixed it without extra charge. In and out in a couple hours and under $300 all in. These guys are on it.
View on GoogleI had a problem with my car with the check engine light on and I got recommended to this place .They investigate the problem and it was my catalytic converter. The worker was really helpful and he gave me a reasonable price. Now my car runs good and the check engine lights was gone.
