Extremely happy with the recent service I received from Mike Miles. Not only did they work with me on the repair, they completed the repair the same day and delivered my car to my home as I was unable to pick it up. Every time my mother and I visit, we always have a great experience. Very grateful for them!
View on GoogleMy wife and I had a loud noise coming from our breaks. It was incredibly scary for the safety aspect, but also the financial one as well. We came to Mike's More Miles And we're up front about not having any money. They were still friendly as can be and looked at it for us regardless. They're able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed for us immediately. One of the mechanics Joseph went out of his way to make sure that our car got fixed despite our money problems. I would recommend this shop to anybody and everybody. It's a little over an hour drive for us to get here, but we will come here every time for all of our car related problems.

I had no appointment and just showed up on a Monday morning at 8 o’clock because my car had started smoking on the way to work, but they got me sorted and back on the way to work no problem same day. The manager and all his staff are super professional, trustworthy, and the work took no time at all. I will definitely be going back for oil changes and any future service.
View on GoogleI’ve been going to MIKE More Miles for the last 10-12 years and they’ve always treated me well, with great service at a reasonable price! If you want a team you can trust, this is the place. Today LaDarius and his team helped me out by reinstalling a plastic grill into my front bumper. They made sure all the clips were doing their job and sent me on my way! I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s difficult to find auto mechanics you can count on these days…so I’m glad these guys are close by! Highly recommend!
View on GoogleWhile our granddaughter was in college at Elgin this past year her 2019 Hyundai began making noises and not driving well. With our being in Texas and not familiar with the area I looked for the nearest place for her to take the car and that is how we came upon Mike More Miles. I was able to communicate with their courteous staff easily by telephone to find out what all was going on with her vehicle and trusted that they were honest with all I was hearing. They quoted a cost to fix everything up at a reasonable price considering all that was wrong with it. When we went to drive our granddaughter back home to Texas in her vehicle which was a 20+ hour drive I'm happy to say we had no problems whatsoever and the car drove like a new one!! So grateful that we ran across this company that she will now be able to trust for taking her car in for service any time she needs to over her next 2 years in college in that area and be able to do so knowing that they are trustworthy and do an excellent job!
