I had my brakes replaced at J & R Auto Inc and had a great experience. The technicians are knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They walked me through what needed to be done and completed the job quickly. My car feels much safer now. I’ll definitely be returning!!

He was honest, reasonable in pricing, quick, and professional. Furthermore, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and gave honest recommendations. View on GoogleWhen my steering wheel started shaking the first time on the expressway while driving home from work and then again the second time coming back from Kenosha,Wis. I knew I was in trouble for one I didn't have a mechanic in mind and I was already in deep debt with some other repairs that were recently done to the van. I desperately started looking online for a mechanic that would be able to be honest with me in finding the issue and be able to give me a reasonable price for what I was terribly nervous to find out what it was. I took a wise guess and Selected this shop J&R and once I read the wonderful Reviews I was completely convince to give them a call. I explained the problem to The owner Jose Martinez, He stayed on the phone for a while being very informative on all the possibilities that could had been causing that vibration to occur he was able to get me in that same day to do a complete inspection, Pictures were taken and emailed to me with all the damage parts then he showed me while my van was up on the rack. Jose explained what would be the most necessary job that needed more attention first making this expense less stressful and was so understanding of my financial situation gave me a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the job done and so blessed to had found such a great mechanic and shop for now to take my van to. Thank you
View on GoogleAs a woman, dealing with car problems can sometimes feel a little intimidating. But thankfully, at J&R they’ve always been honest, respectful, and straightforward with me. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years, and now my family does too. We haven’t taken our cars anywhere else since because we know the work will be done right and at a fair price (something that really matters in today’s economy). They’re very flexible with drop-offs and pick-ups, explain everything clearly, never pressure us into unnecessary repairs, and genuinely look out for their customers. It’s such a relief to have a place we can trust 100%. Highly recommend!
