Went to fix my 2018 Audi Q5 for radiator leak. They offer repair and commit to deliver with couple days, however they took longer to fix it. The fix it with Original parts and provide me possible service with reasonable charges. Hard working Manager and owner. Very good customer service in office.Almost 2 weeks now and car runs good without any issue. Locally owned and family run repair shop. Give them chance and you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend this place.

Came to replace a radiator, condenser and fan i got charged $1,000. The radiator started leaking and i brought it back, this is how he fixed the problem , a lug nut a hose and some clamps. Stay away come at your own risk. Ni vengan amigos puro mickey mouse.

I brought my car in for repairs and picked it up in worse condition than I dropped it off. • The repair wasn’t even 70% complete • They did a poor paint job • My car was returned dirty with mechanical grease prints all over • They cleaned the floor mat but left it very slippery and unsafe • Personal belongings were moved around, and my cable box/center console was forced shut • There are now dents in the area they worked on that were not there before •. Key had grease Completely unprofessional. I expected my vehicle to be treated with respect. Will not be returning and do not recommend. Mr Ezequiel since hung up on me yesterday I didn’t finish explaining You said the job would be done professionally. I trusted you. I even told the person who hit me to respect your pricing and not ask for a discount because I didn’t want to undervalue your work. I was trying to help him avoid a $2k bill because I didn’t want to be unreasonable, even though my car is worth it. I no longer trust what you say. I am at a loss for the poor job, but I can accept that. What I cannot accept is missing personal items. Please return them. Regarding your secretary: you claimed I insulted him, but you never told me what I said or how. I stand by my words - the quality speaks for itself. Let me know how you plan to resolve the missing items and the missing personal items … they where stolen, they didn’t have to be touch or move , so there is no excuse to say the workers moved…
