This place was absolutely awesome! They were so helpful and accommodating, and worked very hard to make sure I had a great experience! My initial appointment had to be rescheduled because they had had some delays with the previous appointment they were working on and it had run over. It was an option to wait for a bit, but I had no problem coming back the next day. They were extremely apologetic about the situation, and they truly went above and beyond to compensate for the initial inconvenience. Beyond the amazing customer service, for the work itself, I was very satisfied. I went in for a basic oil change, which they handled efficiently, and while my car was being worked on, they also noticed some issues that could potentially cause problems down the road. They brought me into the shop and under the car to show me what they were seeing, and though it was clear to me just from looking that this could eventually turn into a serious issue, there was no pressure from them on me to commit to fixing it immediately. They were far more concerned with making me aware of the situation and potential danger than with closing a sale on it, which I really appreciated, as that hasn't always the case with other auto shops I've been to. It really solidified my trust in them, both in the sense of the work being done well, and also in the sense that they were truly working in the customer's best interest. They did also tell me they offered auto financing so I could get more extensive work done, even if I couldn't pay for it all up front. I think this is a really great option, and something I fully intend to take advantage of in the future. Overall, I had an amazing experience with a really great auto shop that I will absolutely be returning to. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get work done or even just for basic maintenance on their car. They are not only very good at their jobs, but they are extremely kind and very reputable and dependable. Thank you guys for the great work that you do!
