Very nice and customer-focused! I had an issue with an ignition coil wire clip after replacing my coil and didn’t want to force it. He came out right away, got the stubborn piece to snap in, and didn’t treat it like an annoyance or something to charge for. I really appreciate when a company focuses on helping the customer instead of turning small issues until big bills. I’ll definitely be back when something needs repair.

View on GoogleBefore you take your vehicle here please consider this Joe is not a truthful person with time, money, or his words, what makes you think he will be respectful and truthful with your vehicle? I called joe on Tuesday at 1:31 pm and he told me to come in at 8 or 9 am on Friday to change the brakes, rotor, and caliper on the passenger front wheel for about $150-200. I got a rental car for my wife for two days and bought the parts for the job until we were able to drop the car off on Friday. My wife drove 45 minutes to get here to change a passenger front brake, rotor, and caliper like planned at 9 am and joe told my wife “$380 maybe around 12”. My wife called me and I told her to go back at 12 and she told him “I’ll come back at 12” Joe responded “well I told your husband first come first serve”. I called Joe and confronted him saying, “you never told me first come first serve, so why would you tell her you told me that?” And his response was “well we have other cars here”. It was apparent from how he treated my wife and how he spoke to me he wasn’t going to do anything that he originally told me so I told him “you lied to me and you were very disrespectful to our time so im going to leave a 1 star review” and he said “well that’s unfortunate”. The specifics aside, take this place as you will, but one thing is for sure, this business is untruthful and disrespectful to your time and money.
