03.27.2026 I had the worst experience ever with this oil change service. It seems like they didn’t know how to properly replace the oil filter and may have just added oil without doing the job correctly. The service took 1 hour and 30 minutes, which is far longer than expected for a standard oil change. After leaving, my diesel van immediately showed that the engine oil level was above the maximum limit. Now I’m left dealing with the consequences and have to find a way to remove the excess oil myself. This should never happen from a professional service. I would not recommend this place. Updates on 04.03.202 I am extremely disappointed and upset with this place. I brought my Sprinter van in for an oil change, provided my own oil and filter, and paid for the service — but they did not actually perform the work. After driving about 20 miles, I went to another oil change service to verify everything. During the oil drain, I recorded videos and took photos. The oil coming out was clearly old and dirty, not fresh oil. This strongly indicates that the oil and filter were never changed. This is completely unacceptable and, in my view, dishonest business practice. Charging customers without performing the service is not only unethical — it may also be illegal. I strongly recommend that anyone using this shop either avoid it entirely or stay and closely watch the work being done on their vehicle. Always verify the service before leaving. I will not be returning.

Very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their prices are extremely high, and it felt like they were more interested in taking my money than actually helping me. The quote I received was unreasonable compared to the service provided. On top of that, the front desk person was very rude, disrespectful, and not helpful at all. Good customer service matters, especially when customers are already dealing with car problems, but this place made the experience even more frustrating. I would suggest looking for another shop with fair prices and better customer service.
