My experience was great. I came in last minute and they got my car in and diagnosed it the same day. They let me know what was going on with the car and gave me options. They they didn’t try to pressure me into things I didn’t need to increase the price. Highly recommended.
View on GoogleIf I can give a no star..that will be my selection. I have never experienced such workmanship. Owner negotiated the pricing for lesser. This repair shop did a lousy repair Because “to meet their negotiated pricing” to top it off, after repair was 90% complete, owner called to say there was issue they did not see? And will cost $500 more of what was discounted” I am so disappointed. They discounted the job but did not do complete repair. Paint is not smooth and streaky, hood did not close properly. When good is open the grill falls off. Owner explained it’s what discount to make the car to be at my pricing. Did not do as promised and turns around to say “you pay for what you get deal” what a joke and crook
View on GoogleExceptional service by a family owned business! Came out to Palatine to get a vehicle I was potentially going to buy a prepurchase inspection. Called Broadway Auto at the last minute and they said they could take me when most places were either closing or closed on a Saturday. 170 point inspection done in about an hour for $110 and professionally. Louis (owner), was like I said very professional and didn't miss a thing. In the end he ended up giving me a 50% discount for the inspection due to us discussing that I would get whatever work done by Broadway Auto! This is how you run a business. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area and surrounding area to check them out for any type of auto service. Thank you Broadway Auto and Equipment!
