Julian was nice. When we went to check out a car, Sammi said they had to jump it since its been sitting awhile but stated the battery was fairly new. When we went back to purchase we brought up the battery issue again and they still said nothing is wrong with the battery, swore up and down that it's still a perfect battery; that they checked it multiple times. We took their word, a week later the battery is completely dead. Although it's a good deal for the car. I would inspect and double check every car thoroughly.

Recently, my wife and I purchased a vehicle and was assured that the battery was in optimal condition. However, upon inspecting the vehicle the day prior, we observed that the battery required a jump start before a test drive could be conducted—an unusual circumstance. I raised this concern, along with a slight misalignment in the vehicle's steering, with the salesperson, who subsequently relayed these issues to the owner. The following day, we returned with the intention of finalizing the purchase. I was informed that the battery had been inspected and fully charged, and that it was deemed to be in good condition. In my experience, a truly healthy battery does not require recharging to operate reliably. Notably, the vehicle is a 2019 model—manufactured in 2018—meaning the battery is approximately eight years old. There is no service record indicating that the battery has been replaced; had it been serviced or replaced through an authorized dealer, such documentation would be available since it’s a Hyundai battery and not aftermarket. While the vehicle was fairly priced, we requested a concession of a slightly reduction in asking price to account for the battery and alignment concerns. However, the request was denied. The car was quite nice, and my wife liked it; however, had her battery died unexpectedly while she was far from home with our toddler, it could have been a significantly problematic situation. I believe that addressing these issues appropriately would have been a fairer approach, rather than dismissing them solely to maintain the asking price.

Sami went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my dream in my driveway. He originally answered his phone way after hours during the night on his own personal time when I expressed interest and provided all the info I’d need to feel comfortable traveling across several states for a vehicle. When I arrived he immediately gave me the luxury treatment with refreshments and letting me take out the vehicle, showing me all the details, and we even were able to connect on a friendly level about life, true customer experience and made me feel comfortable buying from here.
