I had my car serviced here many times in the past. They typically offered the cheapest quotes. Their pricing was inconsistent, and at times the final price wasn’t what was originally quoted, but in general the value made sense for me. I stopped using them the last time they serviced my car because when I went to pick it up, my passenger door had been smashed in. They claimed to know nothing about it and refused to acknowledge or do anything about it. Needless to say, I’ve never used them again.

Definitely the worst customer service I’ve experienced to this date, I asked him to check the codes I got from an emissions test since I failed it. I told him to give me a price and to reach out when he found out how much parts and labor would be, I then reached out later that week and asked if he had any updates on the price for the service, so instead of giving me a estimate of how much the service will be he asked me to come in person just for an estimate. I told him I wouldn’t be able to afford it if the price was too high and at the time I was at my cousins so I didn’t want to travel to the shop for just an estimate, and honestly no one should have to, why can’t he just give me a price over the phone so I can make a rational decision if I want the service done or not? Instead of just giving me a price he told me to go somewhere else, I’ve never in my life had someone tell me not to come back to their location because I asked for a estimate.

I spent 220$ to fix my ac. It stop work 3 days later he said that’s the nature of the business. Complete scam. In my opinion we need more American mechanics. These foreign owned businesses I feel are just scanning us. Just my opinion.
