Always amazing customer experience and service. They are friendly and quick. Chris, Steve, Carter and Brandon are some of the lovely team members I have interacted with. When its been a long repair, they have always taken care of us. Thank you and highly recommend.

Brought my car in for a second opinion because my check engine light kept coming on after multiple repairs have been done by another mechanic. Thought to go here as the reviews were positive. Not my experience. Dropped my car off at 9am last Thursday. Said they get to it in a couple of hours. I stated I’m off work at 5pm and need my car back. Called multiple times in the afternoon and was told my car was next in the queue. Called at 5pm my car still hasn’t looked at then was told to leave it overnight. Told them I need my car back so they offered one of their vehicles so I can go home. Next afternoon, heard nothing from them until I called. All they had for me was they checked my battery and alternator and the 2 codes came up the exact ones from the other mechanic I told them about. Said it would cost me $160 for them to diagnostic it and I’m like so all you did was plug in my car to pull up codes I’ve could’ve done for free and charged me $50 for it and it took a day and half to do the bare minimum. They didn’t try to call me or anything to let me know my car was ready and that’s all they can do I had to call them. I get there to pick up my car and a woman comes in there and the guy at the counter interrupts me to speak with her while I was checking out. Mind you he tells her I was just about to call you. Lol while I get no call no communication. Seems if you aren’t ‘like’ them you get treated like second hand dirt. I will not be going back here. In response to the owner giving in correct information. The guy I spoke to said to the check engine light was off and nothing was wrong with my vehicle. He said my battery and alternator is good as it was all just replaced. He said the evap code came up and told me to go back to the other mechanic as that’s what they said that I needed done and they should do the repair. You didn’t offer to repair anything to my car but said if I want you to dig deeper I would need to pay you $160 for the full diagnostic. So please get your facts straight or actually communicate with your staff better before you respond to negative reviews with incorrect feedback. It’s funny that you didn’t address the lack of communication and holding my car up just to be told to take it back to the other mechanic. What a joke and very unprofessional owner I see.

After going to mechanics for used cars for many years I have to say, this shop was by far my favorite I’ve been to, they are very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly honest. It is tough to find a shop like this where prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs work/maintenance. Thanks again for everything! Suspicious, disappointed, and won't be returning. We brought in a 120k mile-driven, regularly and well-maintained car running beautifully but with an engine oil leak. After an inspection, the shop reported an additional leak and rear brake issue. The rear brakes had just been done the previous year so we're not sure why that was flagged. After fixing just the initial oil leak for ~$500, the car started having steering wheel problems while on the road. It felt extremely dangerous so the car was brought in again to fix the steering wheel reservoir and replace the corresponding fluid which was an additional $700. Overnight, there was leaking from the steering wheel fluid reservoir that was supposedly just fixed. On the phone, the shop said it was likely a pump. We were also told the replacement parts would be difficult to procure. We did not have some exotic European car so this was strange as we expected the car - a very common make and model - to last closer to 200k miles. We decided to not fix the car and instead donated it to a public service nonprofit where it was auctioned off for ~$1000. Clearly the shop was not looking out for us so be warned. EDIT: There is no confusion. With absolute certainty, we were real customers who hoped for repair and resolution with Mike More Miles. Since we were treated with denial and deflection, this business rep has shown themselves in the event of an honest review and critique.

Carter and Nick took great care of me. First time coming here, they got me in quickly, explained my issue and solution, gave me a fair price and got the job done in less time than they originally stated (which was already fast). Throughout the process they also took the time to answer my additional questions, share pictures of things they saw and gave me confidence the diagnosis and work suggestion were right. They earned my trust and I’ll be back next time I’m having car trouble.
