1. Dropped off the car around lunch, was promised they will call me within 2-3 hours. I scrambled to get there before closing at 6 as they never called me. This was the first ding. 2. Quoted me $180 before the work and charged me $215 after. 3. Scratched up my otherwise PERFECT amg steering wheel (I have babied this car) and when pointed out, guy takes a pic and threatened to report me to the Secretary of State. What a joke of a business. Other reviews here speak volumes about them. Avoid.

In Chicago visiting from Canada when car needed major servicing the morning of our return home. David took the car in had it up on the hoist within 10 minutes of stopping in to ask if they could do the servicing. The normal time for repairs was close to 9hrs and David had the car back to us at the close of business just 7 hours later. Some 3200 miles later we are home in Canada, the car runs great and our gas mileage is better than its ever been. Can't thank David and his staff enough for not only the suberb work, but for the hospitality they extended to us. This family run business is top notch and we have recommended them to all our family and friends in Chicago land. If you need servicing, with exceptional workmanship and integrity, definitely keep Main Guys Auto on speed dial. Gary&Anne

They are absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been coming here for the past 6+ years to get our oil changes and they ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable! They will always be honest and tell us the price prior to charging us. These are the type of people that won’t oversell you on something you don’t need, truly genuine! You guys are doing awesome!!!

We moved here recently and needed a new mechanic for oil changes ect. My parents have been coming here for years and recommended them to us. We couldn't be happier with our experiences especially recently for my daughter's car. Shes a college student on a limited budget. David was so honest and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things bout this place. Family owned i believe. Definitely make it your go to place for your vehicles!

Don’t pay any attention to the one troll review - David honors his word, even to the point of keeping the price on a more expensive part that my particular truck needed.
