Great customer service. I had purchased new tires with installation from Goodyear in AZ, in preparation for a roadtrip back to IL. The installers damaged one of the TPMS sensors but it was too late to take it back to AZ. Noe and his team investigated and replaced the sensor. Service was fast and thorough. Much appreciated.
View on GoogleJust had 4 new Cooper Tires installed on my 2017 Ford Escape by Daniel and I'm telling you that my car rides great. Yeah, the tires are pretty good but it's always the balancing that I have a problem with. Not this time! Daniel, I feel, did a great job on my car. He changed my oil and put new wipers on. It was my first time here and I'm pretty pleased!

View on GoogleI am in awe of the respect and consideration shown by sales rep Patrick at the Downers Grove location. I am capable of doing all my general maintenance, yet I will be returning after my next paycheck due to his top notch customer service. Finally, a car repair salesman that understands a loyal customer makes you a lot more money then hustling a customer does!! Hustled customers don’t come back!! I’d like to make it very clear, “Just Tires” corporation did not earn my loyalty, he did. If they ever lose him, it would be a grave mistake, and I’d hope for an immediate bankruptcy. I also would be doing general maintenance myself again.
View on GoogleThis was my first time coming here, I would not ignore the negative reviews about this place. I came here to see if they can fix my flat tire since it just happened. The bigger guy at the register rudely said, I could leave it there and they will get to it at 3 PM. One they only had two customers there so it was not that busy. Two it does not take 7 hours to fix a flat. I drove the extra 7 mins to Discount Tire. They were way busier than Just Tires, but they took me in. There was only an hour waiting time. Just Tires may be closer but the service is abysmal. These guys are very lazy.
