I can’t say enough good things about Hi-Tech Import in Downers Grove. I’ve been to way too many different shops trying to get answers about my Mercedes, and this is the first place that actually took the time to explain everything to me clearly and honestly. They didn’t talk down to me, rush me, or try to upsell me. They genuinely wanted to help and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. You can tell they care about their customers and aren’t just there to push repairs. As someone who doesn’t want to feel intimidated walking into an auto shop, I really appreciated how respectful and transparent they were. I’ll definitely be coming back!!
