​UPDATE: It took this shop an entire year—and only after I discovered the truth—to finally respond to my original review a month ago. Let's be clear about why: my car was never actually fixed. After months of dealing with terrible trim alignment, uneven gaps, a horrific buffing job, and a rear bumper that kept popping out, the local manager, Jesse, was incredibly disrespectful, completely unhelpful, and dismissed it all as "normal." ​After the third time taking it back because water was leaking into my trunk, I arranged an agreement with a manager from a different location to finally get my car fixed properly. However, Jesse intentionally stalled the process, creating petty delays to postpone my repairs and refusing to call me back because he obviously didn't want to face the truth. ​I ultimately took my vehicle to a completely different, independent shop. They disassembled it and confirmed exactly what Jesse was trying to hide: the critical frame damage was NEVER fixed. They covered up structural damage with shoddy cosmetic work and lied to my face. Save yourself the stress, the safety risk, and the blatant disrespect—avoid this place at all costs. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO THERE! If I could give negative stars, I would. This is without question the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. I had to bring my car back six times — and each time something else was broken or done wrong. The trunk lid still leaked after multiple “repairs,” the bumper kept popping off, hardware was missing, and parts were left broken. They even glued my rubber trunk seal on crooked — who does that?! The paint job was just as bad. Instead of repainting and blending the back properly, they dabbed random spots that peeled off almost immediately. Now my car is rusting because of their sloppy work. The manager is defensive, rude, and refuses to accept responsibility. He does not listen to female customers at all. The paint buffing is terrible, the bumper clips are broken, and nothing is aligned correctly. Every time they “fix” one thing, another problem shows up. Save your car, your time, and your money — this place is a complete disaster. Btw all the pictures are done "After" the repairs 🤷‍♀️

As soon as you walk in. You sense poor customer service. They take your info at the front desk, pass it along to the guy in the back office, comes out after 10 minutes later like (what do you want). Take you out to your car and just show no interest in even caring to see what can be done. After the walk around. Take you back in and tell you, we will email you within 24 to 48hours. I took the car somewhere else that same morning and they took care of me with professionalism and showed interest in the business. It’s been 72 hours and still have not heard from this place. Another business took care of the issue within 6 hours that same day. I’ve heard similar stories from other people about this place.

Gerber repaired collision damage and replaced an electronic sensor in accordance with an insurance claim. Jacob (Estimator), was easy to deal with and provided prompt updates to the insurance adjuster and to me on costs/progress. Gerber completed the job early! Outside body work looks flawless, electronic sensor seems to be working as it should. If not, work is warranted. Great experience from start to finish!

While they did fix my car, I ended up with a "headlight system repair - see dealership" issue after being handed over the vehicle, for which it has been pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone at this shop to calibrate it because of their unavailability and lack of responsiveness. This is something that should have been done on their end and checked/inspected before handing me the vehicle. Very poor service and coordination.

My Kia sportage sustained some scratches on the front bumper, Jacob was great at quickly getting me an estimation of services, and scheduling service work. The Work took a few extra days to complete due to a paint shortage but he kept me informed, and I appreciate that. My front bumper looks really great and Jacob is a great asset to Gerber Collision and Glass. I am super happy with how it looks and the service that I received. I think this is location deserves a lot of recognition for their customer service! Thank you Jacob, I appreciate you and the team!
