Genesis experience - zero. Nothing different than a Hyundai driven service center. Thinking the service must be better than the other I have experienced, I drove 30 miles/40 minutes to find an unwelcoming experience. I walked into one office and an advisor saw me and said nothing. No Good Morning. A minute later asked if he can help. Assigned advisor needed to be found. Could not service vibration without a fee because tire rotation was done by another dealer. Thought service was dealer agnostic? Asked for a complimentary wash and said they do not wash below 32 degrees. How do they wash cars for new purchases then? By the time the vehicle was ready, it was 31 degrees. No offer by 1 degree?? Genesis experience? Zero. Will not come back here and need to rethink staying with Genesis as I was not treated with the experience I expected with this luxury brand.
