Yesterday I took my car to a 15 minute oil change place and was told my one year old battery was dying so I took to Diehl in Downers to see if they could take a look it before I went on a road trip. Diehl was able to squeeze me in even though it sounded like they were going to be busy today which I appreciated. I was in and out pretty quickly as well. Kyle (Pretty sure that's his name but apologies if I misheard) was very friendly and showed me what the mechanic saw when he tested the battery. Highly recommend Diehl if you have car problems!

I went in for the first time, without an appointment. They took care of my routine checkup promptly and did a thorough inspection. I have a Mercedes and the pricing was fair, unlike how the dealer gouges you. Friendly atmosphere. A nice family-owned business. Glad I found them!

this place rebuilt my engine and gave me a four-year parts, labor warranty, and In the eight months that I’ve had it one bearing has gone bad and I took it to them and they replaced it the same day. Kyle was an amazing person to deal with as well as all the workers there are super kind and they work very efficiently and well I was and am very impressed with The quality of their work.

Placing the appointment was very easy over the phone. When we got there, we were greeted very nicely. Brad, I think his name was, was very a nice guy. He explained things thoroughly and clear. We went for a Pre Purchase Inspection, took about an hour and a half. They take detailed pictures and send it over to your phone or email. They also are very good at answering any questions and actually feel like they care about you. They don't try to sell you on things or lie about what may be wrong with your vehicle. Spoke to one of the mechanics, really great guy. Knew what he was doing, knew how to explain problems, and was a good honest guy. Great managment, great people. I will definitely be going back!

So I needed a mechanic asap before I left the state to do a 2,000 mile drive and I wanted my car looked over. I found Diehl Auto Repair through ChatGPT because they had the best reviews and didn’t overcharge. Well I am so glad I went! Kyle is the best! I told him I leave Thursday and they got me in today (Tuesday), and he found a few things I needed to get done which was nothing too serious and the cost was very reasonable. Originally I had to keep it overnight but they finished everything before they closed so I got my car back the same day. Not once was I ever pushed into doing anything else and the prices are great. Everyone is friendly, the place is clean and they are very knowledgeable and he answered a lot of my questions without ever rushing me and I truly appreciated that. If I could move them with me I definitely would! Thank you Kyle!
