They told me not to worry, they'll handle it, and they did. Great communication, they coordinated directly with insurance, and completed the work quickly. We’d like to give a huge shoutout to Jerry, Mike, Oscar, and the entire team at Bob Carter’s Auto Body. They did an outstanding job restoring our Integra Type S after it was rear-ended, and somehow managed to make it look even better than when we brought it in. They went above and beyond to advocate for genuine OEM Acura parts, and their expertise as a Honda/Acura Certified Collision Repair Facility really showed in the quality of their work. In addition, just as impressive was their customer service! They were transparent, easy to reach, and encouraged us to call or stop by anytime for updates. They also handled everything directly with the at-fault party’s insurance, which made the process stress-free for us. We’re so grateful for their professionalism and quality of work, and we highly recommend Bob Carter’s Auto Body for anyone looking for top-quality repair work and customer care!

I didn’t think such an honest, ethical, efficient, and straight up outstanding auto repair shop existed. They told me that it wouldn’t be cost-effective for me to have them do the repair and instead told me how to do it myself for 1/5 of the cost. As if that wasn’t enough, they said “just order these parts and bring them here and we’ll install it for you for free. In today’s world a business with these values and principles deserves all of the business and success they can manage. And they are cool cats.

I brought my car here to get an estimate for minor damage to my back bumper after being rear ended by an uninsured driver. They checked my car right away and they were able to fix the damage right then and there.
