I stopped on a whim to check this place out because I had a fault. Pop-up on my 2019 BMW X3. The owner Armand came out and said yeah no problem. Pull it around the back and check it out. He cleared the fault message and reset the diagnostic. BMW wanted $400 to do this service he did it for nothing and took time out of his day. Highly recommend small business mom and Pop shop. Good people passionate about his work will use and recommend.

I came in for issues with steering, as I felt shaking when accelerating, and he addressed several issues that resolved what I was feeling. Thank you B-Bear!

BBear gave lifetime pads and 3yr or 36 months. Also got windshield wipers and compartment filter. Honda,wanted 80.00 for 13.00 blades from BBear in Downers all for 894.00, Serviced by Armond (owner), who did not solicit review.I am a previous customer of Cresent Garage in Elmhurst. So far BBear of Downers would be my 1st choice for service on 2014 Accord with 54k.NOT OVERPRICED.
