This shop did an excellent job with oil change, inspection, brake pads and addressing a mechanical issue with struts replacement. Jessie was attentive, responsive, communicative, and accommodating. They're newer and are doing a great job. 'Too many older shops around Deerfield that don't care about customer service as they have too many regulars.

View on GoogleThey fixed the reason why I couldn’t pass emission test. I failed it 3 times! (prior fixes was made ourselves) You can watch all work by yourself if you want to wait. They will not offer to fix smth else unless it is really urgent. I will come back with my other car for maintenance. And better call prior visiting. They are busy.
View on GoogleGood experience so far. You don’t have a luxurious waiting area but I don’t care about that. What I do care about is that you are waiting in the actual bays and can see them work. And it’s great work and honesty; plus they don’t rush when working on your car. So I’m definitely coming back for my maintenance fluids and repairs. Worth driving 20 minutes for quality work. Ps, an example of the honesty was when the tech mentioned that I don’t need any extra maintenance for a while, besides regular oil changes.

Jess is a great mechanic who offered to do a pre purchase inspection and we appreciate his genuine care, honesty, and knowledge of used vehicles/what to look for during the inspection.
