I brought my car in for an oil change and a brake inspection because I started hearing a scratching sound everytime I hit my brakes. They quoted me an awesome price for the front brakes, which were really low. I got my car back in a few hours and it feels amazing. The staff up front was super friendly and very good at explaining things to me. They definitely got a repeat customer with me.

I was expecting to be there for hours, but the team here was very efficient and got me out within an hour. By far the most welcoming shop i’ve been to. Huge shoutout to Kevin Garcia, very helpful and communicative all throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend coming here and will bring all of my car needs here!

View on GoogleI don't typically write negative reviews, but most businesses try to work things out with the customer if there's an issue. This location will not only tell you they didn't make any mistakes (before gathering any real information), but they mock their customers - people who trust them with one of the most expensive and essential possessions anyone can own. That's not only sketchy, but immature. If you care about your car, drive the extra few miles to the other location nearby. Update: I had already contacted their Customer Service and received no response. Even if they scolded the staff, all that happened is that the immature children who you trust with your car just talk less.
