View on GooglePrecision Body Works II in Crystal Lake did a phenomenal job with my car after someone backed into the front of it. They made the whole process extremely easy, handled all the communication with insurance, helped set up my rental across the street, and had the car finished in about four weeks. The repair came out great and the car looked amazing when I got it back. I did notice afterward that a couple features were not working right, including the remote start and some odd door locking issues, but they got me back in about a week later, found that something was not plugged in, and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. I could not have had a better experience. Jason was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and easy to work with the whole time. Thanks again to everyone at Precision Body Works II.

Jason explained the process, dealt with the insurance person, I was able to have a rental car during the repair duration and I am so happy with the repairs/paint. Having a new car with very few miles and being damaged at no fault of my own, Precision Body Works II restored my confidence in my vehicle. I'm glad I chose them to perform the restoration. They worked with my insurance company to recover the full of cost of their professional repair and even arranged for a rental car. My only suggestion would be the improvement in communicating the length of time needed for the repairs in spite of their limitations to control all the factors involved (parts availability, unforeseen circumstances...). I would without hesitation choose them again for any body work.

They took my 2006 GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax HD and made it look brand new. I highly recommend getting work done here, and I will be sending out another vehicle in the near future!
