1st time using Auto Authority and one of the best experiences I ever had. The one thing that stood out to me was the amount of attention to detail. I went in to get all my fluids changed (Transmission, Differential fluid, and transfer case). Tony did a great job of explaining Up front what they do, how they do it, and the cost. Being a car guy myself I really appreciated that. They went through what sets their service apart from others. He also went over everything included in the service they perform. Throughout the service I got updated with photos of areas of the vehicle that needed immediate attention and things that will require attention down the road. Being able to see the photos just reinforces they are actually taking the time to do a full inspection of the vehicle. Tony does a great job of breaking down complex maintenance into simple terms I could understand. Lastly, when vehicle was done walked me through the maintenance that was performed and areas that may need attention later on. Overall, great experience, good communication throughout the process and car drives much smoother. You earned a customer for life. Thank you

I had a great experience with Auto Authority and Tony. My check engine light came on Wednesday afternoon around 2 PM, and when I called, Tony was able to get me scheduled first thing the next morning before work, which I really appreciated. They got everything checked out quickly and kept the process smooth and stress-free. Tony was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. It’s not always easy finding a shop you can trust, but this was definitely a positive experience. I’d highly recommend Auto Authority and Tony if you’re looking for reliable and efficient service. I always bring all of our cars to Auto Authority and will continue to do so.

They replaced the battery, wheel bearing, brakes, performed a wheel alignment, and completed an oil change—all done on time and with great attention to detail. The quality of work was outstanding, and the entire process was smooth and professional. They also have a wonderful service advisor upfront who keeps you consistently updated on the car’s progress, which made the experience even better. On top of that, they provided one of the most thorough and detailed full-vehicle inspection reports I have ever seen. My car has over 175,000 miles on it, and after the service it genuinely drives like it’s brand new, straight off the lot. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them.
